DAY 1:
upon arrival at Sorong airport we immediately transfer you to the harbour where BUGIS is waiting. Once you are aboard our cruise director will first give you a general briefing to familiarize you with the vessel and our safety procedures. Then we cast off/raise the anchor and the vessel goes on a Northerly course into the Dampier Strait. Our first destination is Waigeo. Here we will enjoy our first experience of white-sand beaches, clear waters, and iridescent reefs with the backdrop of heavy rain forest. We spend the night at anchor.
DAY 2:
For those who wake up early our zodiac will take you in the dark to the village where a guide will take you on a hike in the forest to spot the gorgeous Wilson`s Bird of Paradise. After re-embarkation we may go snorkeling continue our journey to Kri island to enjoy spectacular snorkeling. On the reef below the wooden pontoon and along this beautiful beach expect to see brilliant hard coral formations and a dazzling array of fishes. We will also go ashore to have a walk in the village.
DAY 3:
Today, we are going to spend our day on the beautiful little island of Arborek, where a charming fishing village is located. It happens that there is a wooden jetty under which a multitude of fish live. Along the beach as well, the reef is magnificent, and you can observe giant seashells and, with a bit of luck, manta rays.
DAYS 4:
The Fam Islands are one of the natural wonders of Raja Ampat, and we will spend two days there to uncover all their secrets. Here, we will appreciate clear waters and astonishing reefs set against the backdrop of dense forests – paradisiacal islands lined with white sandy beaches. We will also explore the characteristic landscape of "karst formation" and embark on a hike to the summit of Piaynemo to enjoy an incredible panorama from the top.
DAY 5:
We will dedicate our day to the southern part, whish consists of a chain of coral islands lined with coconut trees and white sandy beaches. We will take this opportunity to organize a barbecue and swim in these crystal-clear waters
DAY 6:
Early morning sail to the island of Batanta were we try to spot the residents Manta Rays that usually gather on a cleaning station along a small island. In the course of the afternoon we move again a little further east to a lovely bay where we drop anchor. There we enjoy the sunset in an attempt to hear the flapping of the wings of passing hornbills over the boat. Evening depart to Sorong, our final destination.
DAY 7:
Back in the harbor of Sorong on the mainland. After breakfast, we say farewell to the captain and crew and transfer you to the airport for the return flight to Bali or to any other destination
